Returns And Exchanges
Our standard refund policy is for 30 days from receipt of your gloves. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund but can offer a size exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, contact us at email@example.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. Let us know whether you want to return the item or exchange it. We will contact you with details on how to return your item(s) or exchange them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund 5 days after confirmation by us, check your bank account or credit card again.to verify. If it cannot be verified, contact us at support@Artisangriller.com
If you need to exchange your item for a defect, we will send you a return envelope with the replacement item. We are happy to exchange your item for a different size but you will need to pay the shipping freight.
